Constitution

The College, as a company limited by guarantee, has a constitution that sets out the objectives of the College. The Constitution includes definitions, membership, functions, composition and powers of the Board.

Regulations

The College Regulations govern the operations of the College and the services it provides. The Regulations should be read in conjunction with all relevant College policies. The College may amend the Regulations and will promulgate all amendments to members. Amendments may change, alter, add, or remove any provisions of the Regulations, and, if made, will apply with effect from the date of the Board meeting at which they are approved (unless stated otherwise by the College).

Acknowledgement of Country

CICM acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of the lands across Australia on which our members live and work, and to their Elders, past, present and future. We pay respect to the Wurundjeri Peoples of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which CICM’s office stands.

CICM acknowledges Māori as tangata whenua and Te Tiriti o Waitangi (Treaty of Waitangi) partners in Aotearoa New Zealand.
