The Trainee Committee holds a face-to-face meeting at the College once per year in March to discuss upcoming projects and College matters. Teleconferences are also held throughout the year, generally around the July and November Board Meetings.
Representatives may remain on the Committee for a period of up to three years, or until receiving their Fellowship. Positions on the Committee are filled by an expression of interest, with an election being held if more than one expression is received. Voting is conducted via a confidential online ballot, by registered trainees only.
Trainee representatives are required to have been registered for training with the College for a minimum of two years, or be a current advanced/core trainee of the College.
