It is an exciting and interesting time to join the College as we work through a Digital Transformation Project, are improving our communications and investing in policy development, making the College more accessible and engaging for all of our stakeholders. We need talented people to bring our plans to life and continue the high level of quality of our programs for members and trainees.
We employ around 45 people across a range of roles including administrators, educators, communications, member services, event management, accounting and ICT. Our offices are located in Prahran Victoria, with flexible working arrangements for employees located around Australia. The College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) is responsible for intensive care medicine specialist training and education in Australia and New Zealand. With over 1200 members, and several hundred trainees, we strive to support the capability of our membership to deliver critical care to their patients.
Our Member Engagement Co-ordinator has accountability for identifying and championing our member segments, working as the conduit between member groups and the College to ensure each identified member segment receives active services and support tailored to their distinct requirements. You will:
