Communications Course 16-17 June

The Communications Course is a mandatory two-day program specifically designed to provide current CICM trainees with the skills required to communicate effectively with patients, families and colleagues in the ICU setting. The program includes planning and conducting family meetings, negotiating effectively with colleagues and maintaining respectful communication under pressure. Each day includes interactive role plays with professional actors. The course is limited to 16 trainees per course date and the registration fee is $1485.00 College Membership You must be a current CICM trainee to register for this workshop

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation and requests for a refund, by individuals or groups, must be received in writing by email to the Events Team [email protected].

The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made after the event.

The following cancellation charges apply if there is an applicable registration fee:

Cancellations received on or before 60-31 days from the date of the event will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.00 + GST

Cancellation received from 30-15 days from the date of the event will receive a 75% refund less administration fee of $50.00 + GST

No refunds will be given for cancellation received 14-0 days from the date of the event. (Application for refund will be considered under exceptional circumstances)

No refund will be granted for failure to attend/no show.
