Through case-based discussion, facilitated reflection, and practical exercises, participants will explore how to make supervision more deliberate, consistent, and impactful.

Building trusting professional relationships within high-pressure environments

Applying graded autonomy to balance supervision and independence

Maximising learning opportunities in routine clinical work
•
Delivering clear, timely, and effective feedback

Supporting the development of self-regulated, reflective clinicians
Format
The workshop consists of interactive sessions incorporating:

Realistic ICU scenarios
•
Small group discussion
•
Structured role plays and skills practice
The emphasis is on practical application, with strategies that can be implemented immediately in the clinical environment.
