Trainees who have completed all the required training components must ensure that a Final In-Training Assessment (FITA) form is completed and signed off by their last Intensive Care Supervisor of Training.   All outstanding fees must be paid at this time.

In order to apply for Fellowship, Trainees are required to complete the Application for Admission to Fellowship Form. Australian citizens and permanent residents of Australia need to complete the Medical Practitioner Information Section.

A one off Fellowship Admission fee of AUD $1000 (ex GST) is charged to all new Fellows. This is in addition to your pro rata subscription. (A figure of $1000 was deemed appropriate, as all Fellows transferring from the Joint Faculty were asked to contribute a Foundation Fellowship fee of $1,000)

Upon receipt of all relevant documentation and payment the admission process will begin. Applications take approximately 4-6 weeks to be processed.
