Resources - Curriculum Review
The College has commenced a review of our Curriculum. By its nature a curriculum involves all elements of an educational program and therefore the review will look at the underlying structure as well as teaching and assessment within the program.
The review is based on a desire to maintain best education practices and to ensure that our programs are of the highest quality. It is also in response to the initial recommendations of the AMC accreditation process, the responses from the survey of Trainees and the survey of Fellows and a long held plan to address the curriculum after establishing the foundations of the new College.
The College Board has convened a Curriculum Review Committee (CRC) of Fellows and educational experts to oversee the review process. To ensure that the review was exposed to wide input and included all interested parties and diverse views and perspectives, the CRC as the first step in the review initiated an open submissions process to canvass views from all stakeholders.
Submissions have now closed.
